1.DoIneed an account toplaceanorder?

No, you can choose to checkout as a guest by selecting 'guest checkout'. However, it is easier to arrange return of goods if you have an account and keep track of your orders.

3.Why can't Ibuy theitemI want to buy?

Due to the nature of our products and the processes used to produce them, items may sometimes appear "out of stock" or disappear from the site. You can contact our customer service team at sale@canmeljia.com.

Our inventory is regularly replenished unless an item is discontinued. For information on stock availability, please contact the customer service team.

5.  I received a damaged product.What do I do next?

We make every effort to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. If your order is damaged within 48 hours of receiving the goods, please notify customer service at sale@canmeijia.com within 48 hours of receiving the goods and provide photos that clearly show the damaged items and/or packaging.

6.How do I return my order?

In case of buyer’s remorse, goods may only be returned within 30 days from the date of receipt, subject to prior written approval. Returned goods must be in their original packaging, in perfect condition, and must not have been installed. For more details, please check out our return policy.

7.How to get one year warranty?
We've got you covered with a one-year warranty on every light fixture we sell. If your light fixture experiences any natural damage that prevents it from working properly within that year, just reach out to us. We'll work closely with you to assess the situation and get a replacement light fixture on its way. Our priority is to make sure you're taken care of and that your lighting solution stays bright and functional.
 
8.How to modify the order address after completing the payment?
If you need to change your shipping address before your order has been shipped, you can simply cancel the order and place a new one with the correct address, or just reach out to us with the updated address.
However, if your order has already been shipped and you need to change the address, you can send the new address to our customer service. But just a heads-up, there will be a service fee for this, and the exact amount will depend on the actual shipping address. Alternatively, you can also choose to return the item and get a refund once it arrives. You’ll need to contact the carrier yourself to arrange the return shipping in this case.
